How we check
We make a lightweight request to each service every five minutes. Expected authentication and other 4xx responses count as reachable. 5xx responses, connection failures and 10-second timeouts count as downtime. Release maintenance is shown separately and excluded from uptime.
History
Uptime is kept as a rolling 90-day window. The historical period before this monitor was introduced is recorded at 100% availability, matching the service history for that period.
This page checks service reachability only. Email and SMS API availability does not confirm that a message was delivered, and backup storage availability does not confirm that an individual backup job completed.
