Barkway creates invoice records from booking data so the services, prices and payment status stay tied to the appointment.

When Barkway creates an invoice

An invoice is created or refreshed when:

• you save a booking;
• you make a booking change that affects the invoice; or
• you regenerate the invoice.

Share an invoice

You can send a client either:

• a public invoice link they can open in a browser; or
• an invoice PDF they can download or keep for their records.
