Check reports

Reports help you see how the business is doing without digging through every booking one by one. They're available to admin and superuser roles.

There are four tabs: Overview, Revenue, Bookings, and Invoices.

Overview

The quickest read on how trading is going and what needs attention. It shows:

  • Revenue received
  • Upcoming booked value
  • Completed bookings
  • Average booking value
  • Invoice follow-up signals
  • Revenue trend chart

How to use it: pick your date range, scan the top cards for headline direction, check Invoices to chase to spot unpaid pressure, and watch the Revenue trend for movement over time.

Revenue

A clear split between money already received and future booked value:

  • Revenue received — completed payments in your ledger (payments minus refunds).
  • Upcoming booked value — estimated value of scheduled or in-progress bookings.

They're shown separately on purpose, so expected income doesn't get mixed into confirmed income. The trend groups points weekly for Last 3 months and monthly for This year.

Bookings

Check booking health and service patterns: total, completed, scheduled, and cancelled bookings, a booking trend chart, and status mix. The report also surfaces the top recurring service and top recurring add-on — a service counts as recurring once it appears in at least two completed bookings in the period.

Rising cancelled counts can signal scheduling or reminder friction; a heavy "scheduled" mix may mean work is getting stuck.

Invoices

Your follow-up workbench for unpaid, part-paid, and overdue balances. It includes summary cards for outstanding and overdue totals, a status mix chart, and a searchable invoice table with filter chips:

  • Needs action — actionable unpaid/part-paid/overdue rows
  • All active, Unpaid, Part-paid, Overdue, Paid, Cancelled

Search by client name, email, phone, pet name, booking ID, or invoice ID. Table rows are paginated server-side, so larger lists stay responsive.

Date range

All reports use the same date-range picker: Today, This week, This month, Last month, Last 3 months, This year.
