Send recall nudges

Keep your calendar healthy with gentle nudges to clients whose pets are overdue.

What triggers a recall?

A pet is eligible when:

• Last Groomed is set.
• The last groom date is older than the recall window.
• The pet does not already have a future booking.
• The pet is not opted out of recalls.

What's the recall window?

Recall reminders use a default window of 6 weeks. Change it in Settings → Bookings using the Recall period (weeks) setting.

Enable recall reminders

1. Open Settings → Communication.
2. Turn on Enable recall reminders.
3. Save.

Per-pet control

You can exclude a pet from recall reminders on the Edit Pet screen.

Where do I see the recall list?

Open Pets and use the Overdue filter to see the recall list.

Tips

• Set Last Groomed for new pets so recall timing is accurate.
• If a pet already has a future booking, Barkway won't send a recall reminder.
