Manage your subscription

Log in to your Barkway account with the email and password you use for your grooming workspace. This account page manages your Barkway subscription. Choose Open Barkway to return to your diary, clients and pets.

During your trial

Your chosen plan is free for 30 days, with every feature and 10 SMS credits. The account page shows when your trial ends and what your plan costs afterwards.

No card is required to start. Choose Add payment method to save a card securely with Stripe. Your first monthly payment is due when the trial ends. Cancel before then if you do not want to continue.

Payments and invoices

Choose Manage payment details to update your card or billing details with Stripe. Use the return link there to come back to Barkway. Under Invoices, choose View invoice for payment history or Pay invoice for an outstanding payment.

If a payment needs attention, your account shows the amount or deadline available and whether you can still open Barkway. The first payment after a trial has a 24-hour payment window; later failed monthly payments have seven days before workspace access is restricted. Update your card and pay the outstanding invoice to restore access. Your account and invoices remain available while access is restricted.

Change plan

In your current-plan summary, choose Change plan (or Manage subscription if a change is already scheduled). In the dialog, choose a plan and select Update plan. Review the amount and timing on the confirmation before completing the change.

• During a trial: changing plan does not charge you or restart the trial.
• Upgrade: the confirmation shows the immediate charge. The higher plan starts when payment succeeds.
• Downgrade: the lower plan starts at your next renewal. Your current plan continues until then.

Your account shows a scheduled change until it takes effect. Choose Remove scheduled plan change to keep your current plan. Included SMS credits belong to the current trial or paid period and do not roll over; changing plan does not start a second full credit allowance immediately.

Cancel or keep your subscription

Open plan management from your current-plan summary, choose Cancel subscription and read the confirmation. Barkway remains available until the date shown; cancellation stops future renewals and removes any scheduled plan change. It does not immediately delete your business records.

Before cancellation takes effect, choose Keep subscription to continue. After the subscription has ended, contact support if you want to return.
