Invite your team

Keep team access simple. Barkway has two roles for everyday work:

• Admin: full business setup and management access.
• Groomer: day-to-day booking and client workflow access.

What you can do

• Add users.
• Update their profile, role, and status.
• Set Working hours for admins and groomers on the user edit screen. See Set groomer working hours.
• Mark users inactive without deleting history.

Deleting users and upcoming bookings

If a user has upcoming bookings, Barkway can require cancellation confirmation before deletion. Plan this carefully to avoid accidental diary disruption.
