The calendar
Calendar views are designed for quick decisions during busy grooming days. You can:
- Switch day/week/month context.
- Filter by groomer where available.
- Open bookings straight from events.
- Read schedule health at a glance.
Recall insight
The dashboard highlights pets drifting overdue so you can fill gaps before the diary goes quiet. Key indicators:
- Overdue pets — pets likely due for another groom.
- Rebook rate — how often clients return within your recall window.
- Scheduled bookings (next 30 days) — near-term pipeline health.
Review overdue pets regularly, and trigger outreach when the rebook rate dips. See Send recall nudges.
